Empower Lives Beyond Addiction
Hope restored. Lives rebuilt.
Hope restored. Lives rebuilt.

Our nonprofit was founded with a simple belief: recovery is possible when people are supported, valued, and connected. We serve individuals and families experiencing addiction-related challenges by offering basic-needs assistance, peer support, and access to vital community resource.

At Project Don't Forget,
Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and support to individuals and families affected by addiction and those in recovery. We strive to create a safe and welcoming community where people can access resources, education, basic-needs and compassionate care designed to break the cycle of addiction. By addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each person, we empower individuals to rebuild their lives, strengthen families, and rediscover purpose. Through advocacy, collaboration, and a commitment to reducing stigma and barriers, we work to ensure that recovery is possible and sustainable for all.

We envision a community where every person affected by addiction has access to support, compassion, and the resources needed to achieve long-term recovery. Through connection, empowerment, and education, we aim to create a future where recovery is accessible, stigma is reduced, and individuals can thrive and heal.

Our nonprofit is dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction by providing essential resources, compassionate peer support, and practical tools for long-term recovery. We work to remove barriers, meet basic needs, and empower each person to move forward with dignity and stability.
Providing clean, season-appropriate clothing for individuals and families in need, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and prepared for daily life, employment, or recovery-related appointments.
Offering food boxes, snacks, and nutrition resources to ensure that there is access to reliable and healthy meals during challenging times.
Connecting individuals to vital community services such as treatment programs, housing, employment centers, mental health care, medical services, and social supports. We guide clients step-by-step so they don’t have to navigate these systems alone.
Delivering peer-led support, including one-on-one encouragement, group discussions, and education on addiction, treatment options, coping skills, relapse prevention, and rebuilding life in recovery.
Offering bus passes to help individuals get to appointments, court dates, work opportunities, meetings, and essential errands and providing transportation to treatment center—reducing transportation as a barrier to success.
Hosting recovery-focused meetings that promote connection, accountability, understanding, and hope. Our groups provide a safe environment where individuals can share experiences and build a supportive community.
